Речь шла о якобы имевших место демонстрациях против якобы американской оккупации.
А здесь речь идет о демонстрации против решения ИРАКСКОГО министерства внутренних дел об ордере на арест какого-то местного прохиндея. Против американцев или каких-нибудь таитянцев - речи нет.
