(AP) - The timeline for a plane that entered restricted airspace around Washington, according to the Homeland Security Department:
_10:58 a.m.: Cessna 152 departs Smoketown, Pa., en route to Raleigh, N.C.
_11:28 a.m.: Homeland Security's National Air Security Operations Center detects the Cessna's flight path entering the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) around Washington. Flights must have clearance to enter the zone, which has a 30-mile radius. Federal security and defense agencies are notified.
_11:30 a.m.: Air crews are put on alert; Cessna turns east and moves out of the ADIZ.
_Around 11:42 a.m.: Cessna turns back into ADIZ.
_11:47 a.m.: Customs and Border Protection scramble Blackhawk helicopter and Citation interceptor jet.
_11:56 a.m. Blackhawk pulls up next to Cessna.
_Noon: Citation jet joins Blackhawk and Cessna. Air Force F-16 fighter jets scrambled.
_12:01 p.m.: Plane within 10 miles of White House. Officials began evacuating people at the White House, Capitol, Treasury Department and Supreme Court and moving top officials to more secure locations.
_12:03 p.m.: Cessna pilot not responding to communication efforts. Threat level at White House raised to highest level _ red.
_12:04 p.m.: Cessna enters the Flight Restricted Zone (FRZ), a 15-mile radius around Reagan National Airport.
_12:06-12:10 p.m.: F-16 jets take over intercept from Customs aircraft. Cessna flies within three miles of the White House.
_12:11 p.m.: Cessna turns away from White House and Capitol, heading west. Threat level lowered to yellow.
_12:14 p.m.: F-16s pull back as Cessna moves 12 miles from Reagan National Airport. Customs aircraft resume escort. All-clear given at White House and Capitol.
_12:38 p.m. Cessna lands in Frederick, Md. Pilots taken into custody and questioned by federal authorities.

Как видим, задействованы как минимум четыре различных ведомства (это не считая тех, кто эвакуировал Белый Дом и Капитолий). Обнаружили его гражданские диспечеры, перехватывали погранслужба и ВВС национальной гвардии, а Homeland Security Ops Center всем этим рулил.
Смотрим на цифры.
Через 5 минут после входа объекта в зону взлетают вертолет и самолет пограничников.
Еще через 10 минут цель перехвачена и сопровождается.
Еще через 10 - к перехвату присоединяются истребители ВВС.
Еще через полчаса - самолет на земле (в 40 милях от Вашингтона), а экипаж в наручниках.
