В развернувшемся конфликте мы не поддерживаем ни украинское правительство, ни пророссийские группировки, установившие свою власть на части территорий Луганской и Донецкой областей. Интересам трудящихся (т.е. всех, кто не обладает властью и капиталом) одинаково чужда и идея унитарной Украины, и идея “федерализации” или же создания новых государственных образований — это игры политиков, за которые проливается кровь обычных людей. Мы, левые и анархисты, должны в первую очередь исходить из потребностей трудящихся классов охваченных войной регионов Украины, их прав и свобод.
Против ЛНР и ДНР!
Сторона ДНР и ЛНР представляет собой набор враждующих между собой правых военных хунт. Никаких прав и свобод, которыми пользуется остальная Украина, подконтрольные им территории не имеют. Политические выступления на этой территории невозможны; рабочие активисты, критиковавшие ДНР, похищались и подвергались пыткам. При сохранении этого режима рабочий класс будет полностью лишен какой-либо возможности легально защищать свои права. Единственный возможный формат активности “левых” в ДНР и ЛНР — это ритуальное поклонение советским символам, которое не имеет ничего общего с интересами трудящихся.
Реакционные режимы ДНР и ЛНР не заинтересованы в установлении мира, их цель — дальнейшая эскалация конфликта, что подтверждается заявлениями их лидеров с обещаниями “дойти до Харькова”, “дойти до Киева”, “до Львова”.
Против украинского правительства!
Украинская власть наживается на военных поставках, посылает на фронт гражданской войны резервистов и недообученных призывников, пытается использовать затяжной военный конфликт для укрепления своих позиций. Невзирая на навязываемую риторику единства интересов “власти” и “народа”, мы должны беспощадно противостоять всем попыткам урезания социальных гарантий, а также политических прав и свобод, любым проявлениям полицейской и военной жестокости, разжиганию и использованию националистических и религиозных предрассудков как среди военнослужащих, так и среди прочего населения. Война – это повод для закручивания гаек как в политической, так и социальной сфере. Сражаясь против агрессии путинского режима и его сателлитов, Украина не должна забывать об угрозе появления собственных “путиных” внутри страны.
В случае победы над “сепаратистами”, позиции которых без внешней военной поддержки обречены, киевский режим значительно укрепится и вновь станет главной угрозой для трудящихся классов. Если угнетенные сольются в едином патриотическом порыве с правящим классом, то сворачивание прав и свобод, которого удалось избежать благодаря Майдану, будет осуществлено уже при новой власти. Сейчас во власти присутствуют представители консервативных и ультраправых партий (“Батьківщина”, ВО “Свобода”), которые уже неоднократно предлагали мракобесные законопроекты – в частности, возвращение смертной казни, ограничение репродуктивных прав, превентивные политические аресты; в их программных документах указан призыв к запрету политических забастовок. Многие их инициативы являются калькой инициатив путинского режима, Партии Регионов и КПУ. Несмотря на низкие рейтинги ультраправых, они воспринимаются как легитимная часть политического поля.
Против фашистов по обе стороны линии фронта!
Мы категорически против легитимизации ультраправых, националистических и криминальных группировок в качестве участников АТО. При этом мы должны отметить, что по другую линию фронта, на стороне ДНР и ЛНР, сражаются добровольцы из европейских фашистских организаций и ультраправые реакционеры из России, которых прокремлевская пропаганда пытается представить “воинами-антифашистами”.
Против разжигания войны под маской пацифизма!
Для нас одинаково неприемлемы как бряцание оружием и радость от убийств противника, так и псевдопацифистские измышления людей, несущих прямую ответственность за эскалацию насилия. Пацифизм не совместим с поддержкой режимов “Новороссии” или же симпатиями в их адрес, он не совместим и с поддержкой украинского милитаризма.
Против лжи и пропаганды со всех сторон!
Информационное пространство превратилось в подлинное поле боя, население Украины и России получает противоположную по содержанию, но одинаково насыщенную ложью и пропагандой информацию, что служит укреплению воинственных настроений у обеих сторон конфликта, сталкивает лбами трудящихся и позволяет правительствам направлять социальное недовольство в безопасное для них русло. В таких условиях важно не идти на поводу у толпы, которая рада получить те новости, которые хочет слышать, а сохранять трезвый рассудок и верность собственным принципам. Только время поможет восстановить подлинную картину событий.
За развитие рабочего движения!
Рабочий класс в Украине находится в зачаточном состоянии и не принимает участия в конфликте как субъект. Мы должны развивать организации, выражающие интересы трудящихся, формулировать и защищать социальную повестку. Только лишь сильное и понимающее свои интересы рабочее движение будет способно установить мир в Украине.
Мы выступаем против принудительной военной службы, требуем прекратить призыв и отпустить всех военнослужащих, не желающих воевать.
Мы поддерживаем кампании помощи вынужденным переселенцам из охваченных войной регионов, также готовы поддержать призывников и дезертиров, уклоняющихся от службы по этическим и политическим мотивам. АСТ-Харьков уже осуществляет кампанию поддержки переселенцев в своем регионе — мы призываем всех либертариев и левых присоединяться, и заниматься тем же у себя местах.
Мы выражаем поддержку и солидарность рабочим и профсоюзным инициативам, которые борются за свои трудовые права; также мы готовы активно поддержать тех, кто борется с ДНР-ЛНР на местах с классовых позиций. Они подвергаются сегодня гораздо большей опасности, чем активисты из Центральной и Западной Украины.
Никакой войны кроме классовой!

War against war!
Statement of leftists and anarchists on the confrontation in Ukraine
In the ongoing conflict, we support neither Ukrainian government nor pro-Russian factions that established their authority on the portion of Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts. The working class (i.e. everyone who has neither power nor capital) is equally alien both to the concept of unitary Ukraine and to the ideas of ”federalization” or creation of new states — these are merely the games of politicians, drawing blood from ordinary people. We, the left and the anarchists, should primarily adhere to the needs of the working class in the war-torn regions of Ukraine, protect their rights and freedoms.
Against LPR and DPR!
Donetsk and Luhansk “people’s republics” are a collection of warring right-wing juntas. Rights and freedoms, which are granted to the rest of Ukraine, are not available in the territories under their control. Public manifestation of political dissent is not possible there; worker rights activists who criticized DPR were kidnapped and tortured. Upon preservation of these regimes the working class will be completely deprived of any opportunity to defend their legal rights. The only possible form of the “left” activity in DPR and LPR is the ritual worship of Soviet symbols, which has nothing to do with the workers’ interests.
The reactionary regimes of DPR and LPR are not interested in peaceful solution, they aim at escalating the conflict even further, which is confirmed by the promises of their leaders to “get to Kharkov”, “to Kiev” and “to Lviv”.
Against the Ukrainian government!
Ukrainian authorities profit from war contracts, send war reservists and untrained conscripts to to the frontline of the civil war, and attempt to use the protracted military conflict to strengthen their positions. Contrary to the forced rhetorics of the unity between the government and people, we must resist all attempts to curtail social guarantees, political rights and freedoms, all manifestations of police and military violence, all the incitement of nationalist and religious prejudice among soldiers and common people. For the ruling class, war is the opportunity of a crackdown in political and social spheres. In struggle against the aggression of Putin’s regime and his satellites, Ukrainians should not neglect the danger of a “Putin” who can emerge in their own country.
After their victory over the “separatists”, whose position is doomed without the external military support, the strengthened Kiev regime will once again become a major threat to the working class. If the oppressed unite with the ruling class under the patriotic banners, the crackdown on human rights and freedoms, which was to be avoided by the Maidan, is inevitable under the new government. Parliament is comprised of the representatives of conservative and far-right parties (“Batkivshyna”, “Svoboda”), which had repeatedly sponsored obscurantist bills – in particular, the restitution of death penalty, restriction of reproductive rights, preventive arrests on political motives; the charters of these parties contain appeals to ban political strikes. In many of the initiatives they mimic such of the Putin’s regime, of the Party of Regions or of the Communist Party. Despite their plummeting ratings, such rhetorics are perceived as a legitimate part of the political field.
Against fascists on both sides of the frontline!
We unhesitatingly oppose the legitimization of ultra-nationalist and criminal groups as members of the “anti-terrorist operation”. However, we should note that among those fighting on the other side are the volunteers from European fascist organizations and the ultra-reactionaries from Russia, and pro-Kremlin propaganda only portrays them as “anti-fascist warriors”.
Against war incitement under the guise of pacifism!
We are equally disgusted by saber rattling and cheering the killing of enemies, on the one side, and by pseudo-pacifist speculations of the people directly responsible for the escalation of violence, on the other. Pacifism is neither compatible with the backing of the “New Russia” regimes or expressing any kind of sympathy towards them, nor with the support of Ukrainian militarism.
Against lies and propaganda from all sides!
Information space and the media have become a genuine battlefield, the people of Ukraine and Russia are being fed opposite in content but equally spurious propaganda that strengthens militancy on both sides of the conflict and sets workers on against other; this allows governments to channel social discontent into a safe direction. Therefore, it is important not to follow the crowd, which is pleased to receive the news it wants to hear, but to keep a sober mind and stay true to our principles. Only time will help to reconstruct the events truthfully.
For the development of the labor movement!
The working class in Ukraine is still in its infancy and is does not take part in the conflict as a subject. We need to formulate and defend the social agenda and help the development of organizations that express the interests of workers. Only a strong labor movement that realizes its interests will be able to establish peace in Ukraine.
We oppose involuntary military service, and demand to end the conscription and release all soldiers who do not want to fight.
We support the campaign of aiding internally displaced persons from the war-torn regions, and we are ready to support deserters and conscripts who evade service on ethical and political grounds. AWU-Kharkiv already runs a campaign to support the internally displaced people in its area – we urge all libertarians and left to join in or do the same in their areas.
We express our support and solidarity with the workers’ and trade union initiatives that fight for their labor rights; we are ready to actively support those who are struggling against DPR and LPR from the class standpoint. They are in a much more serious danger today than activists from Central and Western Ukraine.

“GUERRA A LA GUERRA”. LA IZQUIERDA Y LOS ANARQUISTAS SOBRE EL CONFLICTO EN UCRANIA
En el conflicto que se desarrolla ahora mismo no apoyamos ni al gobierno de Kiev ni a las facciones prorusas que han establecido su poder en las regiones de Donetsk y Lugansk. Para el trabajador es igual de inútil de idea de una Ucrania unida, la federalización o creación de nuevos países o repúblicas, son juegos de los políticos por los cuales se derrama sangre de gente inocente. Nosotros, la izquierda y los anarquistas, en primer lugar hemos de preocuparnos por las necesidades de las clases trabajadores en las zonas más afectadas por la guerra.
CONTRA RPL (REPÚBLICA POPULAR DE LUGANSK) Y RPD (REPÚBLICA POPULAR DE DONETSK)!
RPL y RPD representan a varias juntas militares derechistas que se compiten el poder entre sí. No se observa ningún tipo de derechos y libertades existentes en la resta del territorio no controlado por ellos. Es imposible cualquier actuación política, activistas que mantuvieron actitudes críticas con RPD fueron secuestrados e interrogados. Si persiste este régimen los trabajadores no podrán mantener ningún tipo de derecho. El único formato posible de participación de la “izquierda” en la RPD y RPL es mediante la adoración de los símbolos soviéticos que estos utilizan pero que no tiene nada en común con la clase trabajadora. Los regímenes reaccionarios de RPD y RPL no están interesados en la búsqueda de la paz, su objetivo es escalar el conflicto y llegar a Jarkov, Kiev y finalmente a Lviv como han prometido.
CONTRA EL GOBIERNO UCRANIANO!
El gobierno ucraniano manda al frente a reservistas y a jóvenes soldados que aun no han terminado su formación, intentando alargar el conflicto para fortalecer sus puestos. A pesar de la recurrente retórica de “unidad gobierno-pueblo” hemos de ser implacable para impedir a estos hacer cualquier recorte en el tema social, derechos y libertades, del abuso policial y militar y también contra la difusión de prejuicios nacionalistas o religiosos entre los civiles y los militares. La guerra es una buena escusa para “apretar las tuercas”. Luchando contra el régimen putinista y sus satélites no hay que olvidar que existe el peligro de que aparezca algo parecido dentro del propio país. En el caso de vencer a los “separatistas” , que sin ayuda externa ya están condenados, Kiev volverá a convertirse en el principal enemigo de la clase trabajadora. Si los oprimidos acaban juntándose con la clase gobernante los derechos y las libertades que no nos pudieron arrebatar gracias al Maidan nos serán robados ya con este nuevo gobierno. Ahora en el gobierno están los conservadores y la ultraderecha (Batkivschina, Svoboda). Los cuales ya más de una vez han presentado proyectos de ley terribles, como volver a poner la pena de muerte, ley del aborto, detención preventiva o la prohibición de manifestarse. Muchos de estos proyectos son copias del gobierno putinista, Partido de las Regiones o el Partido Comunista de Ucrania. A pesar del escaso apoyo que tiene la ultraderecha se los concibe como parte legítima del gobierno.
CONTRA LOS FASCISTAS A AMBOS LADOS DEL FRENTE!
Estamos radicalmente en contra de la legitimación de la ultraderecha, los nacionalistas o agrupaciones criminales para participar en la Operación Antiterrorista (contra RPD y RPL). Hemos de decir también que a favor de las repúblicas están luchando voluntarios de organizaciones fascistas europeas y gente ultraderechista de Rusia a los que la propaganda de Kremlin intenta dibujar como “soldados antifascistas”.
CONTRA LA ESCALADA DE LA GUERRA BAJO LA MASCARA DEL PACIFISMO!
Iguales son los que agitan las armas tras matar al enemigo que los que se esconden bajo la máscara del pacifismo siendo partícipes directos de la escalada del conflicto. El pacifismo no es compatible con el apoyo a “Novarossia” o al ejército ucraniano.
CONTRA LA MENTIRA Y LA PROPAGANDA DE AMBOS LADOS!
El espacio informativo se ha convertido en un campo de batalla donde rusos y ucranianos reciben información opuesta pero igual de cargada de mentiras y propagando lo que favorece a los ánimos beligerantes. En estas condiciones es muy importante no seguir a la masa que estará encantada de recibir las noticias que quiere oír, mantener la sobriedad y cada uno sus propios principios. Sólo el tiempo dibujará una imagen fidedigna de la realidad.
POR EL DESARROLLO DE LOS MOVIMIENTOS TRABAJADORES!
La clase trabajadora en Ucrania está en una fase muy primaria y no participa en el conflicto como sujeto. Hemos de trabajar y desarrollar organizaciones que los defiendan, porque los trabajadores sólo estando informados y conscientes de su situación podrán conseguir la paz en Ucrania. Nos manifestamos en contra del servicio militar obligatorio, exigimos cancelar la llamada a filas y dejar marchas a casa a los soldados que lo deseen. Damos todo nuestro apoyo a campañas por los refugiados de las zonas ocupadas, también apoyamos a los desertores de los asuntos militares. Unión Autónoma de Trabajadores – Jarkov (ACT-Jarkov) ya ha hecho esto en su zona, así que llamamos a la izquierda y a las organizaciónes libertarias a hacer lo mismo. Mandamos nuestro apoyo a todas las iniciativas sindicales y a los trabajadores que luchan por sus derechos, también a todos aquellos que luchan contra RPD y RPL desde una posición de clase ya que ahora mismo corren más peligro que los activistas de la zona central o del oeste.
NINGUNA GUERRA SALVO LA DE CLASES!!!
