Послал статью "своему" американцу. Вот его ответ.
my comment below the quote

"the US template, which has been forced upon advanced societies through the
pauperization of the state, the commodification of public goods and the
generalization of job insecurity"
Gosha,
I read this article trying to figure out what is was arguing FOR, as opposed
to what it was arguing AGAINST... The best quote I could extract (above)
seems to summarize.
I guess I would say that 1. the above notions of American Federalism are by
no means NEW. You can read them all best explained by Jefferson and Hobbes.
2. I don't know what INHERENT good resides in the opposites of the above
quote. WHY is a large, rich state better? WHY shouldn't public goods be
commodities? (it seems when they are not, worse excesses result) WHY does
the state (or anybody) OWE job security? (This seems like slavery turned on
its head. If the employer MUST employ, isn't is so that the worker MUST
work? Isn't that slavery??)
Anyways, Gosha, i respond because you were kind enough to send the article.
I find that the academic writers of the world, of all political persuasions,
usually miss the main point. I wonder, would the neighbors of the writer of
this article characterize him as unusually kind or caring? Would he himself
be living a sacraficial lifestyle? Does he commit adultery? Is he honest
in all details?
I find that the only solution to overcoming inborn human nature which is
hopelessly selfish is to seek the help of God.
