Synopsis:
For this week's postcard Craig McMurtrie goes to spy school to find out the tricks of the trade that's fascinated writers and conspiracy theorists for decades. From the microphones in jacket lapels and radio stations in shoes all is revealed because now you can take the Washington DC Spy Tour, complete with commentary from former KGB spy masters. We learn that the Russians used to study James Bond films in the sixties and seventies because they believed that the gadgets revealed by Q were a firm pointer to future CIA gadgets in the field. Not surprisingly most of the exhibits came from the KGB because as the resident CIA tour guide explains:
"Our technology is still active and being used in the field."
