Twenty Bulgarian soldiers from the contingent in Karbala have filed applications for returning to Bulgaria. A commission with a psychologists was supposed to decide by yesterday night
whether the applications would be approved. The decision is to be taken 20 April. The Chief of General Staff of the Bulgarian Army Gen. Nikola Kolev prolonged the deadline for the decision until April 20 with a recommendation for an additional conversation of the psychologist with the soldiers.>>
