Жители поселений действительно держат оружие в доме.Внутри страны до ноября-декабря 1995г оружие можно было приобрести
в оружейном магазине еще до прохождения курсов стредьбы но получал его владелец только после окончания курса и экзамена на
безопасное пользование предметом(при наличии справки о состоянии здоровья.Большое количество жителей имеют
дома личное оружие.К сожалению после убийства строителя мирного процесса ввели
ограничения на приобретение а сейчас начался процесс обмена прав на храниние
оружия и очень многие получают его только с правом хранения в доме (без права ношения на улице).
