В полтора раза больше чем общевойсковиков, что логично. 44 учебные недели (3 семестра) + стажировка + 5 месяцев специальной подготовки. Нормально. Связисту ядерный реактор не обслуживать, ракету с космодрома не запускать. И в любом случае это не «44 недели».
