Зачем делать если купить можно?
Есть какие-то отрывки из обрывков что завод СССР Каддафи поставил.
Но в новостях он не мелькал - видимо спекся, это же поставки сырья и другие скучные вещи - проще купить сразу патроны
Конкретно по мелочи всякой - общедоступен Джейн за 2001 примерно год скачанный прямо с сайта. Jane's Ammunition Handbook - данные на начало 1990-х
Это не панадол, но что-то есть.
