Ladurie (1960, p. 4) stated bluntly that “there was no agricultural revolution“ in the 18
th century. He nevertheless concedes that production rose strongly from 1720 onwards and after
1750 passed a threshold that had not been reached in the preceding centuries.
Как то непохоже это на уменьшение урожайности в полтора раза из за истощения.
Просто рост населения опережал рост сельского хозяйства.
А настоящий голод последний раз был как раз около 1715 - в 1709 году.
