Это не викиликсы говорят, а обсуждают высокопоставленные чиновники. Рассуждают о том, стоит ли форсировать вывод тактических ядрёнбатонов из Германии, где их "около 20", а также из Бельгии и Голландии, где они тоже есть. Говорят, что страшно, так как у русских их тысячи. Пусть они тоже сокращают. Да и туркам после вывода из этих стран тоже может зачесаться сократить запасы нюков, складированных у них.
