Ну и что? Это отменяет значение слова? Всё равно именно "мятеж", звёздный или не очень.

Это я к тому, что слово "rebel" не несет негативного оттенка.

Но основные медиа, особенно цитируемые за ружежом, прочно либерастские. Они как бы это не следуют линии правительства, а линии партии. Ну а партия у ник на 80% Демократическая. Либерасты, короче.
