Это история 1971 г., а я имел в виду примерно 80-90-х гг.
И раньше было трудно найти, а сейчас поисковики блокируют запросы.
"Мортон Тиокол" - основной производитель топлива для РДТТ "Спейс Шаттла". Помнится, один из сотрудников, инвалид, оставался на заводе до взрыва и погиб.

A fire today destroyed part of the Morton Thiokol plant in Utah where the first stage of the MX missile is built, killing four workers and threatening to slow production of the Air Force's most powerful nuclear weapon.

Officials said the cause of the fire at the plant, 25 miles west of Brigham City, Utah, was unknown. It burned out of control, feeding upon the rocket propellant, a mixture of chemicals, that was being shaped into a hollow cylinder before installation into the first stage motor of one missile.
