Вот такие сведения есть...

T-37 TANK

A number of these small amphibious tanks developed by the Soviet Army duringthe 1930's were captured by advancing Romanian troops in the summer of 1941 andimpressed into service, with nineteen still listed in service as late asNovember 1942, but they were probably withdrawn the following year due to whatby then would have been a virtually negligible combat value.

A few examples of this improved model of Soviet amphibious tank also passedinto Romanian hands in the summer of 1941, three remaining in service as ofNovember 1942 but probably withdrawn shortly afterwards.

Он много чего пишет. В частности

"In the course of the war the Army employed a number of combat groups, usually of an ad-hoc nature assembled for local use. The first instance of such a formation comprising any tanks was in the late summer of 1941, when the Korne Armoured Group gathered the mechanised reconnaissance squadrons of several cavalry brigades for combined operations in southern Russia, although actual armoured strength was only some eighteen R-1 tankettes."

Да. Но на счёт R-1, они таки по штату в каждой кбр были. (-)

Да. Но группа Корн это сборная солянка.

И пока нет докум.доказательств что в ней присутствовали R-1.
