меня ничего не удивляет, кроме того , что я написал. Меня интересуют данные опроса по максимуму, потому что он очень важный. Клеймить кого-либо "вообще" за не тот формат предоставления данных я не собираюсь.
Кажется, русский перевод новости и даже заголовок ее - простая калька с английского варианта, что создает не меньший напряг, чем данные БиБиСи.. Содержание же опроса совсем другое, чем заголовок

In Syria, just 21% prefer life now to what life was like under the full control of Bashar al Assad
ORB and IIACSS interviewed a representative sample of 1,234 adults across across 9 governorates throughout Iraq – Ninevah, Kirkuk, Salah al-din, Anbar, Diyala, Baghdad, Babil, Wasit and Basrah. The survey therefore in not nationally representative as it did not cover the three Kurdish regions, nor six predominately Shia southern regions of Iraq. Fieldwork took place June 4th - 22nd 2015.

ORB International and our local team in Syria successfully interviewed 2,260 nationals over the age of 18 across all governorates with the exception of Quneitra due to the security situation
Research findings confirmed many of our hypotheses. A sizable proportion believe that Lebanon, Iran and Russia have a significant say on what goes on in Syria. A sizable minority view The Free Syrian Army in a positive light but believe that al Qaida’s influence is negative. Furthermore, more than one in five of those who currently live in Syria say they have been internally displaced from their original place or residence.
