Ну и? Умелый стрелок может стрелять по целям на дальности, превышающей максимальную эффективную дальность стрельбы - естественно, может, ствол пол 45 градусов задерите, гаранта вообще километра на 2 улетит. Из РПГ-7 тоже может, и из SMAW, и из чего угодно.
Речь идет именно об этой maximum effective range, которая четко указывается: 300м. Для SMAW не менее четко: HEAT - 500м.
