The main backbone 62, or 63 BAB of BBS BSF was 2. MTAP (DB-3, 3F ) + 40 BAP on SB.
I do not correct remember 62. or 63,(one of this was fightwer brigated) I have at home exact data. This both unit took part in air raids against Constanca in VI-VIII 41.
So I am surprised that you are taling about Pe-2 and do not know taht this bomber was in 40.BAP?!

PS in Poland will be edited this year a stroy Hurricane over Constanca in 1941. The main oposition (parrarel to III/JG 52) against Soviet bombers from 2. MTAP and 40 BAP.
There were pelnty air combtas over this harbour.
