Спасибо большое. Но всё же до конца не ясно с той наклонной частью крыши, которая сопрягала её плоскую часть с задней вертикальной плитой. "Не меньше 180" - это хорошо, но если можно, уточните, кто знает! Это 180 или это 220???
Наклонная плита над амбразурами должна была быть 180, но задние, бывало, делали и толще для весовой балансировки.

Информация, которая Вас интересует, находится в книге в 3-х местах.

В описании бронирования говорится:

Turret armor. The heaviest armor protection was concentrated on the main turrets and their barbettes. The face plates of the main turrets were 400-mm thick; the sides were 220-mm, backwalls 325-mm, and roofs 220-mm thick. The inclined portion of the roof over the gun chamber was 180-mm thick. The greater backwall thickness was not only for protection, but it also shifted the center of gravity of the turret toward the after bulkhead for more favorable balance, operation, and construction of the turret. That procedure was followed in the turret design of World War I German battleships. In general, the armor thicknesses of the main turrets were similar to those used in the Bismarck and Tirpitz, which indicates that they were not derived from any altered protection requirements.


В ТТХ крыша описывается немного по-другому:

Turret armor:
face plates 15.75” [400 mm]
sides 8.66" [220 mm]
back plates 12.76” [325 mm]
roof plates:
gun chamber 8.66" [220 mm]
other 7.09" [180 mm]

Так что можете выбрать тот вариант, который Вам больше нравится и все равно ссылаться на тот же источник :-)
