Как меня сегодня напугали или шпионские страсти (+)

Сижу я стало быть с утра, примус починяю, как вдруг из почтового ящика вываливается письмо:

Первой же мыслью было «Попал! Вляпался!»
Это стало быть какая-то сволочь утверждает, что я переслал ей видеокассету неизвестно с чем, но судя по всему по тематике работы той лаборатории от куда пришло письмо.
Некоторое время я сидел и размышлял, что мне делать попытаться вступить в переписку или сразу пойти сдаваться в ФСК. С одной стороны это могла быть хищение секретной информации из РФ в США, а с другой стороны это могло быть и наоборот.
Как бы тут нашим спецслужбам не навредить?

Я погрузился в длительное, глубокое размышление и пришел к выводу, что надо все же сначала уточнить, что это за кассета:

Well hello Russia darling. You know what this is all about, and now I know
for sure. I should have known what you first think it's all about is the
real answer. I know you're blasting this low frequency transmissions as you
call them. Last night I videotaped someone flying in through my telescope
who's here to take you down. I found it hard to believe that the US
government as you say was fucking me from behind. HAHA! Try and explain
this one to your government. I know I wouldn't do it in a million years
since your messing with their heads to throw me in a mental institution.
Sooner or later another government will be taking the US government down and
explaining to them a few things of what the Russian government knows and who
they're allying themselves with. When they find this one out that you and
them are not only in the US government, but also the military and elsewhere,
heaven help your hides. I'm going to help who ever is here to make sure
it's the end of your government and country and also your allies. I know
your messing with their heads or they would take this a little more
seriously then they now are. HAHAHAHA! It's not going to be the end of me
here in this country and I'ld never help you with a thing. You can mess
with the US governments heads about me and ruin me in their eyes, but
eventually I'll be cleared and they will want to help me end your country
and end you allies governments as well. What I dreamed of doing here will
become a reality. My Good Heart University and my Ganymede University will
become a reality in America. Heaven help your hides when the American
government hears everything your doing. They won't believe me, but they
will believe it when another government explains to them what this is all
about. A commie acts like a commie and you can't hide that well, it's just
