All submarines, frigates, minecraft, patrol vessels and amphibious craft
are reported to be non-operational, derilect, permanently moored, hulked,
etc. The following listing represents a best-case survey of the
remaining operational vessels of 100 tons or more displacement. Many
vessels listed are probably inoperable, and the decline in Cuban forces
is expected to continue without end.
