Во-первых, какое это имеет отношение к обсуждаемом вопросу о плавучести. К тезису о насущной необходимости для БМП плавать Ваши рассуждения отношения не имеют.
Далее, по пунктам:
Нестабилизированной является только 40-мм пушка на шведских БМП. На закупаемых Норвегией, Швейцарией и Финляндией CV9030 стоят стабилизированные 30-мм пушки. Не говоря уже о выбранной голландцами CV9035 с 35/50-мм дрыной.
Тепловизор стоит на каждой третьей шведской машине. И все имеют весьма навороченную СУО. Вот Вам из Jane's:
"First production CV9040 IFVs for the Swedish Army were fitted with the SaabTech Vetronics stabilised UTAAS (Universal Tank and Anti-Aiircarft System) gunner's sight with day channel, integrated laser range-finder and ballistic reticule. One in three vehicles were also fitted with a thermal imaging channel. They also have 7.62 mm coaxial machine gun and Giat Industries Galix grenade launchers.
Under a second add on contract, a fire-control computer was added for increased first round hit probability against stationary and moving targets and preparation to fire the advanced 3P GP round which is currently only fired from the CV9040 TriAD.
A third add-on contract gives the CV9040 a fire on the move capability, this version is called the CV9040A and entered production in 1997.
The forth add-on contract also provides for an increased hit capability and includes a new elevation drive, coincidence window (closed breech firing) and improved ergonomics for the commander and gunner (especially the gunner's ability to use the full functions of the fire-control systems).
Additional improvements under this contract include a back-up sight, prepared for fitting of the Bofors Defence Lemur sight, prepared for fitting of the VCCS (Vehicle Command and Control System) (FUM/SLB) and improvements to the suspension system. These vehicles are designated the CV9040B and first production vehicles were completed in the autumn of 1999".
Все норвежские, швейцарские и финские CV9030 имеют тепловизоры. "Gun control equipment is all electric, main armament and gunner's sight is stabilised, and the gunner and commander both have day/thermal sights." А вообще главным их отличием от шведских является установка Hägglunds Vehicle Control System (HVCS) с "many improvements, including built-in test equipment, battle management system and video links for commander, gunner, driver and squad leader". "The advanced information system includes flat screens at crew stations, video network".
Голландцы вообще планируют на получаемых ими машинах иметь: "The commander has a rotating cupola for maximum visibility and both commander and gunner have fully stabilised day and night sights fitted with third generation thermal cameras".

Как видите, стоит CV90 столько, сколько должна стоить. При наличии ТИУС и кучи всяких наворотов. Которые для вышеуказанных богатеньких пользователей явно имеют большее значение, чем способность плавать.
