Что бы это значило?
The US Army has been presented an opportunity by a U.S. vendor to participate in a demonstration of an Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA) system at testing area '38 NIII' of the State Unitary Enterprise under the Ministry of Defense in Russia, with the aim of demonstrating the system's efficiency in the destruction and/or defeat of munitions launched against the ERA targets, involving both unitary and tandem anti-tank grenades. TACOM intends to negotiate & award on a sole-source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to NEXEL Defense & Aerospace, Inc. for the reimbursement for any logistics, personnel, and equipment involved with the demonstration. The estimated value of this requirement is $70,000.
