The Syrian official daily
newspaper "al-Thawra" (The Revolution) published
a lengthy article by Dr. Imad Mahmud Habib under
the title : "The Zionist Nazi Alliance-Facts and
Goals". The main thrust of the argument: Jews
were exterminated during the Holocaust by the
Nazis upon requests by the Zionist leadership.
He argues that for 70 years the Zionist movement,
in collaboration with the western colonialist powers, strived to
present the Jews as the victims of the Second World War, but as
the Arab proverb goes, "the rope of a lie is short". This article,
writes Dr. Habib, intends to prove that the Zionist deception is
coming to an end. His main argument is, that since 1933 an
alliance was formed between Hitler and the Zionist movement in
order to strengthen the Zionist foothold in Palestine and conspire
against the Arabs......
