По всей видимости информация важнее
авторских прав Jane's - т.е. для
нужд сообщества кое-какая информация
видимо может быть скачана.
Вопрос какая и как.
По второму вопросу возможно тов

Account китайский и он все равно скоро cдохнет.
По первому вопросу если будет решен второй
и будут заявки в привате передам
тому кто сможет что-то сделать.
(Разумно этим заниматься небольшой группе людей :)
