Al Qaida has 20 Russian missiles

JALALABAD: Members of the al Qaida network of alleged terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden manning the Tora Bara mountain base are in possession of twenty Russian-made Oragan missiles, well-placed sources told The Frontier Post Tuesday.
Eastern council military sources confirm having information that the Al Qaida Arab members have shifted about 20 Russian-made Oragan missiles and a huge quantity of heavy weapons like Russian made BM 11, BM 16 and BM 41 from their Jalalabad military base to Tora Bora valley.
It is further said that the Al Qaida members have taken with them thousands of pressure cookers and thousands tonnes of urea fertiliser from Jalalabad to Tora Bora.
The sources said the eastern provinces council has no heavy weapons because Arabs shifted all heave weapons with them to Tora Bora.
The al Qaida organisation is believed to be holding a strong network in Jalalabad City and its members are in touch with each other from Tora Bora to Jalalabad through a wireless communication system.
Last night there were rumours in the Jalalabad that three cars belonging to Arab's Al Qaida members entered Jalalabad City to target the Westerners there and the security personnel of the city had followed them but they could not be traced.
