Здесь описаны дефекты руля и некоторой части конструкции корпуса обнаруженные в штормовой погоде через 15 лет после ввода корабля в строй и подлежащие ремонту. Я бы сказал на глобальное утверждение "плохомореходные" все таки не тянет.
