Для стрельбы днем в ясную, не жаркую погоду для цели в прямой видимости. Т.е. это не режим День/ночь, а режим ПМУ/СМУ

Вы читайте мануал. Там все написано. 10-14 сек на активацию, 14 сек до появления цели в мониторе после активации и пр. прелести...
