Да, в 50% случаев (Ballistic limit). И это броня высокой твердости (HB 477 - HB 534). RHA пробьет больше.

Типа того, это стандарт МО США на стальную броню высокой твердости для легкой бронетехники, так что какая разница в баллистических свойствах с советской/российской аналогичной броней есть, но не думаю, что он значительная.
