Новый немецкий рОман на тему "Густлова"
Не пойму только, почему Ассошиэйтед называет эту тему "близкой к табу" -- по моему уже все кому не лень на Западе по этому поводу русских полили грязью.
"The new book 'Im Krebsgang', which means 'the walk of a crab', published Wednesday 06 February 2002, by German novelist Guenter Grass handles a controversial and once near-taboo theme: the suffering of Germans fleeing an advancing Soviet army, as much bent on revenge and rape against a whole people as on victory over the Nazis. The novel is built around the real-life story of the deaths of 9,000 people, many of them refugees, when their passenger boat, the 'Wilhelm Gustloff', was torpedoed by a Russian submarine"
