Если не свободнопадающие бомбы, а КР или планирующие, то хоть действительно из B-52 их пускать можно, ИМХО.
Стоимость эксплуатации включает не только топливо и выплаты, но и послеполетное обслуживание, и затраты на восстановление РПП (для стелса).
