Project of the North-American peace settlement.

Epigraph: "If US were doing what it forces Israel to do"

Under the intense international pressure US president George Bush agreed to resume peace talks with Osama bin Laden based on formula "territories for peace".
The talks started in Norvegian capital Oslo, where US opposition leader Al Gore and some Congress members met met Osama bin Laden representatives.
Tth talks were accompanied di mass demonstrations in New York, organized by representatives of "Peace Today" movement under the leadership of the prominent human rights advocate and Muslim leader Louis Farrakhan.

"The government has no alternative to Bin Laden talks" - Farrakhan said - "Terror can't be defeated by force. Whether we want it or not, but it's Bin Laden who represents the Muslim world. It means, that American people have to go to talks with him."

Leader of Sudan cell of Bin Laden's organization Ibrahim Abu Izdes rejected any idea of peace talks and became a leader of a group of Islamic movements, rejecting any peace talks with US, so called "New Islamic Jihad".
The "New Islamic Front" comitted a number of terrorist acts on US territoty (explosions in New York subway, taking and murdering of hostages in California etc.)

"We will not allow terror to prevail - said George Bush in response to terrorist acts - "We will continue talks at all costs. Americans, who died in terrorist acts, are holy martyrs on the difficult path to peace and coexistence with Islam - religion and world outlook"

The long and difficult meetings resulted in a ceremony on the lawn before Knesset (Jerusalem, Israel).
The photo of Bush and Bin Laden shaking hands went into history.
According to the agreements, USA transfers the Eastern New York territory, including Harlem and adjoining blocks, where muslims constitute majority, to full control of Bin Laden.
On this territory the Islamic Autonomy was proclaimed, and Bin Laden, who moved in Harlem from Afghanistan, was unanimously elected president.

To uphold law and order on the autonomy's territory the US government gave Bin Laden 20 F-22 Raptor planes (for combined air patrols over New York airspace) and 100 M1A2 Abrahams tanks.
US government also agreed to train 200 pilots, selected from special islamic guards of Bin Laden, in the skills of air-to-air and air-to-surface combat.
According to the peace treaty, during 5 years since the signature of the documents the US agreed to transfer all New York territory and Eastern US to full control of American Islamic Republic.
The question of relocation of Christian population of Brooklyn, Brighton Beach and Manhattan, and the question of just split of Washington between US and American Islamic Republic will be discussed after 5 year stage of peace settlement.
Besides that, risisting the pressure of "Peace today" movement, Bush has postponed the granting of US immigrant visas to 100 millions of Muslims from African countries
(the fullfillment of this Bin Laden's demand was supposed to be compensation ofr moral and financial damages, inflicted by USA on African countries and peoples in the years of slavery)
By Bin Laden's invitation Ibragim Abu Izdes, leader of "New Islamic Jihad", came to American Islamic Republic from Sudan.
US government hoped, that Abu Izdes, after meeting the peaceful leader of Islamic Republic, will reject the way of violence, however Abu Izdes, immediately after coming to New York declared, that he "will not stop the holy steps of Mohammed on American land".
The fighters of Abu Izdes started the widespread terrorist activity.
The explosions in subway and central buildings of Washington, Boston and Chicago became practically daily.
Answering Bush's demand, adressed to Bin Laden, to hand over Abu Izdes, Bin Laden declared, that
"He has no right to stop the justified wrath of Muslims, who for centuries have been stomped upon by the american imperialism"
After long and difficult talks between Bush and Bin Laden Abu Izdes was finally put under house arrest on the top floor of central 5-star New York hotel on 5-th avenue.
On the lower floors were put several thousands of his small fringe group of fighters.
The agreement was reached to commit terrorist acts only outside American Islamic republic and only against Christians, living in the dispuited territories
(Brooklyn, Brighton-Beach and Manhattan).

"A handful of Christians, living in the heart of Islamic Republic" - declared Louis Farrakhan, who became a member of Congress (and comitee on national security) - "is the main obstacle on the way to peace"
"We can't demand from Bin Laden to stop Abu Izdes, until infidels desecrate holy land of Al-Brighton by their foul presence."
"Do we want to enter Harlem again? Do we want to subject our soldiers to the dangers of guerilla war in slums, where any afro-american islamist yongster with RPG can destroy tens of our boys from Delta?"

After one of the Washington exploisions Bush decalred, that he has now uncontrovertible proof of thew link of this act to personal guard of Bin Laden.
2 companies of Delta troopers moved 70 yards into New York along the 80-th Avenue (part of Islamic American Republic) and fully desroyed 4 garbage dumpsters, that were blocking strategic crossing.
Bin Laden's press service reported the death of 6 rats, that lived in the dumpsters. On the US side no casualties were reported.
Abu Izdes, after solemnly escaping from house arrest, declared that Jihad will avenge the US killing of anything living on the Dar-Ul-Islam (islamic state) .
