I do not know where to write, so please permit me to express to you my prayers and hopes for the sailors trapped onboard the Kursk, and their families.
I served in the U.S. Navy many years ago. I know the dedication and love of their country that inspires men to serve in the military, and the dangers involved.
Please extend my thoughts to those involved.

I was a US Navy sailor during the Korean War (DDR-874) and I know something about the perils of the high seas.
My heart and prayers are with the crew of the Kursk and their families.
