Совместное заявление по итогам саммита КНР-ЕС от 10 сентября. В статье 29 читаем
The two sides continued to emphasize and highlight the importance of the cooperation agreement on Galileo between the European Community and its Member States and the People's Republic of China. The two sides looked forward to the early implementation, with other parties, of ITER and the further expansion and strengthening of their cooperation in the relevant fields.
Т.е. стороны продолжают подчеркивать важность соглашение о сотрудничестве по Галилео между ЕС и странами-членами и КНР.
