Russian machinegun ”DKOR-1”
According to German intelligence coming from POWs, Russians have adopted a new machinegun model called ”DKOR-1”. It has been named after its inventors Degtyarev, Kamarski and Orlov. New MG weights 17-18 kg. Rate of fire is 1800 rpm. Barrel change required only after 3000 rounds. Accurate up to 1500 meters. Can be converted to AA-use in 1 ½ minutes. This MG has wide horizontal angle of fire, as it is mounted using a sliding disc.
I friend of mine found this 20.3.1943 dated report from Finnish military archives

Краткое резюме: финская разведсводка за 1943й год упоминает информацию о пулемете Дегтярева-Комарницкого-Орлова. Калибр неизвестен, темп стрельбы аж 1800 выстрелов/мин, смена ствола нужна через 3 000 выстрелов, масса 17-18кг.
есть идеи что это могло быть?
